I’m Chassidy Evans Chef Chatt preferably.

My love for cooking began at the age of 13, inspired by my great-grandmother, Helen B., who taught me that food is more than just a meal it’s a way to bring people together. She showed me the importance of never cutting corners, using quality ingredients, and putting love and special attention into every dish.

For over 20 years, I have been passionate about creating unforgettable meals and experiences through my cooking. Five years ago, I turned that passion into Chatt’s in the Kitchen Catering, where I have had the honor of serving amazing clients and creating memories one bite at a time.

Every dish that leaves my kitchen is made with care, purpose, and the same love that was passed down to me. Whether it’s an intimate gathering, a wedding, a corporate event, or a special celebration, my goal is to make every client feel the passion behind every flavor.
